Building With Understanding

Who We Are

Mhykey Labs is an independent technology company focused on understanding real business problems and exploring where technology can provide practical solutions.

Why Mhykey Labs Exists

Technology is often built around assumptions about what people need.

We are taking a different starting point: understand the people, businesses and workflows first, then determine what is worth building.

How We Think

  • Reality before assumptions. Understand what is actually happening before defining a solution.
  • Problems before products. A product should follow a meaningful problem, not the other way around.
  • Evidence before confidence. Recurring evidence and real experiences matter more than unsupported assumptions.
  • Technology with purpose. Technology should have a practical reason to exist.

How We Work

We learn, research, analyze and then decide.

Where the evidence supports a technology solution, we can build. Where it does not, the research still provides useful understanding.

We Are Building

Mhykey Labs is currently building its research practice, public presence and understanding of problems worth solving.

This is an intentional stage of the company's development.
